The effect of the new vaginal gel with hop extract on the cardiovascular system in spayed female rats

Abstract

The results of the study morphological structure of the aorta, coronary arteries, heart attack and intramural arteries in female rats who underwent bilateral spaying, and after treatment with their new vaginal gel with extract of hops and the comparative preparation - suppositories "Ovestin" containing estriol. It is shown that as a result of a persistent hypoestrogenic state cardiovascular system female rats formed complex morphological changes that can be estimated as endothelial dysfunction. After therapy of the vaginal gel with extract of hops studied in animals no changes in the myofibrillar apparatus infarction, marked reduction or absence of signs of endothelial dysfunction.
