Some issues of medical appointments in Ukraine

Abstract

Based on the survey of the population studied sequence variants medicinal purposes in Ukraine. It was found that most of the medicinal purposes is carried out correctly. Thus, 77.5% of respondents said that prescribing precede clinical laboratory tests. Despite the advances of genetic technologies and their active use in medical practice, even with fairly complete preliminary examination of the medicinal purposes is carried out without regard to genetic polymorphism. It can also make a substantial interference in the effectiveness of treatment.The introduction of pharmacogenetic testing in clinical practice will contribute to the development of personalized medicine with a consequent increase in the effectiveness and safety of pharmacotherapy.
